Personal Biography about the President:
Mr. DeSantis is a Licensed New York State Professional Engineer and possesses twenty (20) years of engineering and construction management expertise. Mr. DeSantis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and was employed by one of Engineering News Record (ENR’s) Top Ten Engineering Firms, Stone & Webster Engineering Corp., where he served as Lead Project Engineer on complex projects.

His experience includes surface and rail transportation, infrastructure, and municipal engineering. Mr. DeSantis served as the City of Glen Cove’s Director of Public Works was responsible for Capital Engineering and Public Works/Water Department Daily Operations providing comprehensive municipal services including; maintenance/capital improvements of highways, water/wastewater pump stations and associated treatment plants, storm water collection and water supply infrastructure, and urban and waterfront related revitalization efforts.
