RETAINING WALL SYSTEMS - Newport provides Civil & Site Engineering expertise relating to site topography issues and the design of various types of concrete, masonry, gravity, retaining wall systems. We design and prepare site plan application packages for village and town submission.

SANITARY SEPTIC DESIGN - Newport performs site evaluations of existing sanitary components and evaluation of site soil characteristics. Newport designs and provides support during installation for sanitary septic systems for system modifications or new installations for residential and commercial applications.

DRAINAGE DESIGN - Newport provides Civil expertise relating to site topography issues and the design of new drainage facilities to handle storm water run off from buildings and paved surfaces. Newport performs drainage inspections and soil evaluations, calculations, and prepare design plans for submission to local village and towns.

SITE DESIGN - Newport provides Site Engineering expertise relating to the evaluation of an existing parcel and the placement of a proposed structure according to local zoning codes.

Early in the planning stage we meet with the client and prepare building setback site plans to review the maximum lot coverage, siting of the planned construction, and associated property setbacks. The planning stage includes the review and recommendations of all site associated appurtenances including; incoming facilities, on-site sanitary septic and drainage systems, general site topography issues and the design of various types of concrete, masonry, gravity, retaining wall systems or stabilized earth concepts.

Newport will design and prepare the entire associated site plan application packages for village and town submission.
